Makita 18v Cordless Router Trimmer Complete with Bases DRT50ZJX3
The Makita DRT50 18v LXT Li-ion Brushless Router / Trimmer. The Makita Brushless motor is up to 50% more efficient than a comparative model. Without brushes in place to apply friction a Brushless motor can produce a greater measure of torque per weight. With more torque, less power is required for day to day use, adding to the motor's efficiency and extending the products overall lifetime as maintenance becomes less of an issue. Features include variable speed control dial with constant speed control, LED job light, push-button with lock on/off. The Makita DRT50 are dust extractor compatible via the dust extraction nozzle so the user can enjoy a dust-free working environment.
Trimer Base. Comes fitted to the machine. For smooth and fast cutting. OPen section provides excellant vsibility. Comes with precise cutting depth adjustment, non slip elastomer covered body grip and a simple locking system for the base.
Plunge Base. Includes 3-stage precision cutting depth adjustment and a plunge capability of 0-35mm. Very simple to operate, soft grip handles and very durable base for continous use.
Offset Base. Useful for trimming close to walls wihtin 18.5mm as well as tight corners. Comes with the same soft grip, simple lock mechanism and durabilioty as the other bases.
Tilt Base. Tilt capacity of -30 to +45 degrees as well as precision cutting depth adjustment and same soft grip and build quality as other bases.
