Self-Drilling Drywall Screws Wafer Head ZYP CE 4.2 x 13mm (Pack of 1000)

Summary

These 4.2 x 13mm self-drilling drywall screws feature a low-profile wafer head and zinc and yellow passivated finish, making them ideal for assembling lightweight metal-to-metal partition and ceiling track frameworks. The self-drilling tip drives directly into light gauge steel without a pilot hole, saving time on busy construction sites. Supplied in a trade pack of 1,000 screws and CE approved for confidence in quality and compliance.

Features

• Used to attach lightweight metal-to-metal framework in partitioning systems, primarily stud to track, where plasterboard will be placed over the screw head.
• Low-profile wafer head allows plasterboard sheets to be laid directly on top without damaging the surface.
• Exaggerated head diameter spreads tensioning load over a wider surface area to prevent pull-through or surface damage.
• Self-drilling tip attaches plasterboard directly to metal wall and ceiling track and stud systems without the need for a pilot hole.
• Zinc and Yellow Passivated finish provides effective resistance to corrosion in internal dry applications.
• Wide wafer head does not obstruct moving parts in track systems, making it well suited for ceiling and partition installations.
• Phillips drive (PH2) for fast, controlled installation with standard power drivers.
• CE approved, confirming compliance with relevant European product standards.
