Unifix Vortex Multi-Purpose Pozidriv Double Countersunk Wood Screw 3.5 x 30mm (Box of 200)

Summary

The Unifix Vortex 3.5 x 30mm multi-purpose wood screw is a high-performance fastener designed for professional tradespeople and demanding site applications. Its advanced design allows it to be driven quickly and securely into a wide range of substrates without pre-drilling or countersinking. Supplied in a box of 200 with a PZ1 driver bit included.

Features

• Recessed double countersunk head increases strength beneath the head, significantly reducing the risk of shearing during installation.
• Sharp milling ribs under the head assist with effective countersinking, eliminating the need to pre-countersink the substrate.
• 'Saw Fix' serrated thread technology - sharp, wide and deep thread enables the screw to power through a wide range of materials quickly and easily.
• Oblique-angle sharp gash point creates a faster start, self-drills the pilot hole, and reduces the risk of wood splitting.
• Zinc and Yellow Plated finish provides enhanced resistance to corrosion.
• Gleitmo dry lubricant coating facilitates easier driving across a variety of substrates.
• Suitable for use in hardwood, softwood, chipboard, plywood, MDF, PVCu and thin sheet metal.
• Fully threaded along the shank for maximum grip throughout the fastener's length.
• CE approved to recognised industry standards.
