Bessey STE250 Telescopic Drywall Support with Pump Grip 1450-2500mm

Summary

The Bessey STE250 is a heavy-duty telescopic drywall and ceiling support designed for tradespeople who need to hold boards, battens, and panels securely overhead with one hand. Adjustable from 1,450 mm to 2,500 mm, it suits standard ceiling heights and provides a maximum load of 350 kg when fully retracted. Its pump-grip handle and quick-slide mechanism make it an efficient, single-operator solution for plasterboarding, roofing, and general assembly work.

Features

• Extremely stable construction using highly durable steel pipes throughout the telescopic body.
• Non-slip TPU/PVC contact surfaces (9 x 7cm) top and bottom protect workpiece surfaces and prevent slipping.
• 2-component plastic pump-grip handle enables precise single-handed fine adjustment once pre-set.
• Quick-slide button allows rapid coarse extension and retraction of the inner telescopic bar.
• Holding force is controlled by rotating the grip clockwise, allowing the operator to dial in the exact clamping pressure required.
• Continuously swivelling contact surfaces pivot from -45deg to +45deg, permitting use on sloped or angled surfaces.
• Anti-slip system integrated into the grip prevents the support from rotating under load during use.
• GS-certified for quality and safety, ensuring compliance with European testing standards.
