Bosch HSS-Co Cobalt Twist Drill Bit 10mm DIN 338 - Pack of 5

Summary

The Bosch HSS-Co 10mm Cobalt Twist Drill Bit is a fully ground, high-performance metal drill bit designed for demanding drilling in hard and tough steels. Supplied in a pack of five, it is built to DIN 338 standard and suits trade professionals in construction, engineering, and fabrication who need reliable, long-lasting performance in metals including stainless steel.

Features

• Manufactured from alloyed high-speed steel with 5% cobalt content, providing outstanding heat resistance and wear protection for extended service life.
• Fully ground construction delivers an excellent surface finish to the borehole and consistent dimensional accuracy.
• 135-degree self-centring split-point tip enables active cutting with precise positioning, eliminating the need to centre-punch or pilot-drill for holes up to 10mm.
• Enables up to 40% faster drilling rates and 50% lower feed pressure compared with standard High Speed Steel bits.
• Two cutters and two flutes ensure rapid chip evacuation, reducing heat build-up and prolonging bit life.
• Compatible with alloyed and non-alloyed steel, stainless steel, cast iron, cast steel, and acid- and heat-resistant steels.
• Cylindrical shank (shank diameter equal to drill diameter) fits all standard three-jaw drill chucks.
• Type N flute angle with diameter tolerance h8 for precise, repeatable hole sizing.
• Suitable for use in drill stands, pillar drills, and handheld drill drivers.
