Sika Everbuild SikaSeal Construction Silicone+ Black 295ml

Summary

SikaSeal(R) Construction Silicone+ is a low-modulus, fast-curing acetoxy silicone sealant from Sika Everbuild, formulated for professional interior and exterior sealing applications. It delivers excellent flexibility, durability, and a weather-tight, waterproof seal suitable for general construction joints, glazing, and perimeter pointing. Its anti-fungal formulation actively resists black mould growth, making it reliable in high-humidity environments.

Features

• Low-modulus, fast-curing acetoxy silicone formula cures quicker than conventional low-mod sealants, minimising dirt pick-up during cure.
• Accommodates +/-20% joint movement, maintaining elasticity in dynamic applications such as expansion joints, window frames, and door frames.
• Anti-fungal compound incorporated into the formulation prevents mould growth on the sealant surface in high-humidity areas.
• Forms a weather-tight, waterproof, rubber-like seal that remains permanently flexible once cured.
• Extremely low dirt pick-up rate ensures a clean, professional finish over time.
• Bonds strongly to a wide range of substrates including PVCu, brick, glass, aluminium, plastics, and timber.
• Suitable for both interior and exterior use, covering glazing, perimeter pointing, and weather sealing applications.
• Suitable for glass-to-glass and glass-to-aluminium sealing, cap glazing, and remedial glazing.
