Sika Everbuild Evercryl One Coat Fibre Reinforced Roof Repair Compound Grey 2.5kg

Summary

Sika Everbuild Evercryl One Coat is a resin-based, fibre-reinforced roof repair compound designed for professional and trade use on all common roofing surfaces. It delivers instant waterproofing upon application - even in wet conditions and on wet surfaces - making it ideal for emergency leak repairs without waiting for dry weather. The grey finish suits a wide range of flat and pitched roof types.

Features

• Provides instant waterproofing on application, with no risk of wash-off in rain or on wet surfaces.
• Fibre-reinforced formulation bridges small cracks and voids with a single brush-applied coat.
• Can be applied in damp, wet, and frosty conditions down to -5degC, extending the working season.
• No primer required on sound, non-porous surfaces, reducing preparation time on site.
• Formulated from lightfast acrylic polymers for superior UV resistance compared to traditional bitumen coatings.
• Dries to a smooth, seamless flexible membrane that resists algae and fungal growth.
• Suitable for use in areas subject to ponding, providing total water protection at standing-water points.
• Compatible with a wide range of surfaces including concrete, fibre cement, roofing felt, mastic asphalt, bituminous coatings, rigid PVCu, metals, slates, brickwork, tiles, lead, copper, and zinc.
• Also suitable for waterproofing guttering, downpipes, gullies, flashings, upstands, vents, and leadwork.
